returns
- returns are accepted until 30 days after purchase for a full refund (- shipping/handling)
- after 30 days no refund will be processed, but a replacement is offered until 60 days after purchase

- email sales@tiedeals.com to request a replacement (no shipping charge will apply) and the product will ship directly, you can ship back the product in the next 48 hours.
